The hotel is conveniently located close to attractions and restaurants in the area.

the property was nice and we had a really nice stay. it was inviting, neat and in a tray. a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a plus.

Loved the room with a spa tub, could've just chilled there all day ☺️

Great for the one night we stayed there but we had booked for two! Apparently the confirmation did not come through from Booked.net so we had to find another hotel for the second night at short notice

A living area, effective Wi-Fi and a lounge in the room and the super bed. Good service and reasonable value.

The room was spacious and warm, and we loved how central it was, being close to the roundabout, town center, and shopping area.

First of all excellent hosts, more than willing and defintley felt welcome rooms were tidy decorating nice, furniture nice , white ware nice , crockery nice , even the rain on the roof was nice while I was cosy in bed (I do miss the tin roof ;0) ) would definitely go back the memories were not tainted, there was a feeling of homely ness. Great stuff guys!!

The manager, Ron, was extremely helpful and issued vouchers for local attractions, enabling me to obtain a ten percent discount at each venue. He also recommended the best restaurants and I got an excellent deal at the Indian Restaurant I chose from his list.

This place has a central location, near the town center.

The staff and management were fantastic. Particually enjouyed the thermal pool and small heated swimming pool.

The internal decor (kitchen and bathroom) are dated, however they were adequate.

This place is clean, has a great location next to the "Mitai Maori Village," and is close to all the tourist spots, the studio apartment is well-equipped with a clean bathroom.

The hotel was very conveniently located. Our hosts were informative and very friendly. The ambiance was comfortable and homely, in particular the garden area around the pool and thermal spa gave us the opportunity to really relax.

The most the owners. They are very friendly and they were the most nicest people we found in NZ. The room has all the facilities and they have 2 hot pools (one with natural properties). Wi-fi is available too. We will repeat for the next trip!!!
